Abstract

ABSTRACT
Occupation plays an important role in personal development and has a great influence on the socio-
economic development of each country. Especially, in the current conditions with the development of the
fourth industrial revolution, the training of high-quality human resources to meet practical requirements
becomes even more urgent. Therefore, vocational education for high school students in order to help students
choose a career suitable to their abilities, strengths, aspirations, family circumstances, and social needs is
a necessary job. The article presents a number of issues about vocational education, on that basis, proposes
some key solutions to improve the effectiveness of vocational education for high school students today.
