ABSTRACT
The pedagogical collective is an environment with sufficient favorable conditions for all staff and teachers
to develop comprehensively and harmoniously their personality. In the pedagogical group there is always
friendliness, rich in kindness, each teacher is really an example of morality, self-study and creativity. Using
mainly the survey method by questionnaire, the author has surveyed and assessed the current situation, and
at the same time, proposed some measures to improve the effectiveness of pedagogical collective building in
preschools in Bac Ninh district. Tan Uyen, Binh Duong province.
