Current situation of teaching staff to implement the 2018 General Education Program at secondary schools in Gia Lai province

Abstract

Teaching staff play an important role in implementing the 2018 General Education Program at secondary schools. This article presents the results of research on the current status of secondary school teachers in Gia Lai province. This research mainly uses quantitative methods through survey data at secondary schools and teachers' self-evaluation surveys. From the research results, the authors make a number of proposals to improve the quality of teachers implementing the 2018 General Education Program at secondary schools in Gia Lai province.
