Strengthening the link between enterprises and training institutions in current human resource training
Abstract
The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is currently the dominating trend worldwide, and it is believed to make a flash acceleration in the next years to impact greatly on national economies and erase the borderline between human and machine, and improve significantly productivity. This revolution will create an extreme pressure on the labor market. Therefore, the development of a high-quality human resource is considered the most important factor to ensure a highly developed, integrated, sustainable and stable economy in the intellectual age. To discover effective solutions to improving human resource, it is essential to consider the links between enterprises and training institutions. This is key to the human resource development in the context of integration in Vietnam.
