Improving skills in practicing Team Orders for students at People’s Police College 1

Abstract

Through the use of appropriate and reliable research methods, the main purpose of the study is to determine the theoretical basis and thereby propose appropriate measures to improve the quality of teaching, Learning Team Command in National Defense Education for students at the People’s Police College 1. Research to propose measures to improve the effectiveness of learning practical skills in Team Command subject in accordance with reality include: Raising awareness and effectively promoting the role of educational resources at the unit; Regularly innovate teaching methods; Promoting students’ positivity and self-discipline; Strengthen facilities and means to support teaching and practice team command; Promote the role of company officers in practicing team command of students.
