Speaking skills is one of the important skills when learning English and interpersonal communication. This study was conducted with the purpose of surveying the Speaking skills of second-year students majoring in Business English at Dong Thap University, regarding the students’ practice of English speaking skills and factors affecting the quality of teaching and learning speaking skills of students at Dong Thap University. Then, the author proposes some measures to improve the above problems.
