Teaching in the direction of developing students' abilities is a requirement of the new General Education Program. Practicing good elementary math solving techniques will contribute to developing students' creative thinking capacity. This article presents some techniques for solving elementary math about decimals to develop creative thinking capacity for 5th grade students.
