Integrating GPT chat into the learning management system to enhance the online learning experience

Abstract

In the era of digital technology and industrial revolution 4.0, online learning is becoming a main trend in education and training. One of the challenges for online learning applications is the need to enhance user experiences and support advanced learning approaches such as personalised learning. ChatGPT, an application of artificial intelligence, has demonstrated its ability to generate natural text and interact intelligently with humans. This article presents an experiment integrating chatGPT into the learning management system (LMS) with the goal of providing many useful functions for teachers and learners in an online learning environment.
