Abstract

After 7 years of establishment and operation, Kon Tum College has achieved remarkable goals and results in the field of human resources training, actively contributing to the local socio-economic development. On the basis of the situation, the operation results of the college and synthesizing the orientations for vocational education and training development, teacher training and management levels, the article summarizes the outstanding results of the college in 7 years of building and development, clearly defines the main goals, tasks and solutions to develop the college on the new journey.
