Improving the career satisfaction of lecturers in military schools today

Abstract

Satisfaction with a teacher’s career is a positive emotional state toward work, arising on the basis of the teacher’s wishes and the results obtained in pedagogical work, expressed through the teacher’s assessment them to the elements of the profession. Career satisfaction plays a particularly important role, it not only affects the positive psychological development of teachers but is also an important indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of each teacher’s pedagogical work.
