Abstract

Reality shows that political and social instability is primarily caused by the negative impact of social networks. Thus, social networks bring many benefits, but also have a negative impact on all aspects of social life, so improving the responsibility of students throughout Lao Cai College makes activities on social networks healthy. Assembly is an objective and inevitable requirement.
