Abstract
Organizing experimental and practical activities towards developing inquiry competence about the natural environment around is one of the important measures to develop sciences competence for students in teaching Grade 4 Science. This article proposes a 5-step process of organizing experimental and practical activities towards developing inquiry competence about about the natural environment around in teaching. The process has been applied in organizing experimental and practical activities on “Water permeability” in “Properties of water” topic, Grade 4 Science.
