Abstract

Recently, the pace of urbanization in Ninh Binh province has been very rapid. gricultural land is shrinking to make room for other types such as new residential areas, industrial parks and other public works. Currently, remote sensing technology allows us to update information and conduct research on land changes quickly and effectively. Using Landsat 8 images in land classification helps managers quickly determine the current status of fluctuations because Landsat 8 images have an OLI sensor with an error of 12m, a TIRS sensor with an error of 41m according to CE standards, with high accuracy. 90% reliable.
