Abstract

Writing is an input language skill which requires learners to recognize their errors with and without teachers‘ feedback. In the era of information technology, computer assistance plays an essential role in giving automated writeen feedback to leaners‘ writing which can replace the role of language teachers. Today, Grammarly is considered as one of the best virtual tools to track learners‘ writing errors in the world. This article aims at providing an overview of the effectiveness of using Grammarly in giving learner’s feedback on their writing in different views of language researchers.
