Managing the activities of building school culture in secondary high schools in Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province
Abstract
Managing the building of school culture in secondary schools is a particularly important task in the current period. However, up to now, in most secondary schools in general and secondary schools in Dong Phu District in particular, there has not been in-depth studies on the methods of building school culture with sufficient evidence of management science. In order to better manage the building of the school culture, the management staff need to be aware of the important role of the local culture and manage the building activities, identify the objectives and contents of each aspect, and master the process of building culture, management function cycle and related basic concepts, and at the same time, management staff must constantly improve their capacity through training courses and self-improvement.
