Abstract

Creating exam questions to evaluate students’ learning outcomes is crucial in the learning process. That
is the basis for assessing the quality of teaching and learning. The paper proposes an effective method to
create the exam questions quikly and evaluate the most fair, objective student’s learning outcomes based on
the property of translation in maths. This method also helps to limit the student’s cheating during the exam.
