Project management skills are the set of abilities, knowledge, and experience needed to lead, organize, and coordinate a project to achieve a specific goal. These skills cover many aspects, from planning and assigning work to managing resources, solving problems, and interacting with project members. Construction project management requires a wide range of skills to ensure that the project is delivered effectively and meets requirements.
