Abstract
The quality of the test and assessment of students’studying outcomes are an important step in the training process of each college. In recent years, the quality of exám to assess studying outcomes in social sciences and humanities at colleges and universities still has plenty of limitations and shortcomings such as negative growth, pursuit of achievement. To overcome that problem, this article will discuss the current situation and proposes some solutions to contribute to combating negativity and achievement disease in assessing studying outcomes of social sciences and humanities at colleges and universities.
