Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology, digital transformation is the global trend, the trend of society in general and the field of education in particular. The application of technology in education plays a huge role, creating many turning points in development, opening up many new intelligent, agile, effective and cost-effective educational methods for learners. Faced with the multi-dimensional impact of the digital transformation process, the training of educational staff sets new requirements, how to make the staff have the capacity, qualifications and qualities, skills to adapt to new changes?
