ABSTRACT
Currently, the dropout status of students while studying at Thanh Hoa Industrial College happens every
year and leaves many consequences for the whole family, school and society. But if students are well managed
and create favorable conditions for them to study, reduce economic difficulties, create attachment of students
and students to the school, and organize well-organized activities. In order to improve the quality of study
and practice, the rate of students dropping out of school will decrease. Therefore, this article will analyze the
situation, causes and propose some measures to overcome the dropout of students at Thanh Hoa Industrial
College.
