ABSTRACT
Currently, the cause of industrialization, modernization and international integration is increasingly
being promoted, creating many job opportunities, helping many women not to participate in heavy and
hazardous labor occupations. etc The work for the advancement of women and gender equality has always
been interested by the Party and State to lead, direct and create conditions for women to develop more and
more. However, challenges from the Fourth Industrial Revolution; the adjustment of organization, staffing,
restructuring and renewal of military enterprises; The task of building the Army and the construction of
the Women’s Union poses higher and higher requirements. To achieve that goal, leaders, commanders and
political agencies at all levels need to focus on well implementing a number of key solutions to promote
gender equality in the development of female human resources in the Vietnam People’s Army.
