ABSTRACT
In Vietnam, in recent years, the real estate industry is on the way of growing stronger and stronger. With
such a strong development, human resources of the real estate industry are lacking in both quantity and
certain qualifications. Currently, in Vietnam, human resources for the real estate industry have been trained
by a number of universities, including the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment. To
achieve the standard of knowledge according to training objectives , the article studies the current situation
and solutions for sustainable development of Vietnam’s real estate market, contributing to enhancing the
practicality of the lecture.
