ABSTRACT
The 21st century with the continuous development of the Internet and modern technological devices has
brought great changes to education worldwide. With the emergence and development of online learning
(E-learning), traditional classrooms are gradually being replaced by online classes or combined face-to-face
and online classes. The Covid-19 pandemic broke out around the world, turning online learning into the only
solution in many countries, making online learning more popular than ever. Therefore, a very urgent need in
many educational and training institutions is to ensure the quality of online learning to enhance the quality
of online teaching with first-year English majors at Hanoi University of Industry.
