ABSTRACT
Research results on the current situation of Vietnamese language teaching management in primary schools
in Cau Giay district, Hanoi in the direction of developing learners' ability to reach the average level, with
certain differences in the assessment of staff managers and primary school teachers on the level of performance
among the contents of Vietnamese language teaching management in primary schools studied. There are 5
management contents reaching the average level In the seven researched management contents, which are:
management to achieve goals, Vietnamese language teaching program; managing the implementation of
Vietnamese language learning activities of students; managing the implementation of Vietnamese language
teaching methods; manage the form of teaching Vietnamese; examine and evaluate the results of teaching
Vietnamese in primary schools in the direction of developing learners' capacity. There are only 2 management
contents that are assessed to have a good level of performance, that is: management of Vietnamese language
teaching by teachers; manage facilities and equipment in service of Vietnamese language teaching.
