ABSTRACT
A positive and effective learning environment is a factor that greatly influences the happiness and growth
process of primary school children. To be able to fully utilize students’ time for real learning in class, it is
imperative that teachers have useful classroom management methods that will promote self-direction, selfcontrol,

self-responsibility and self-assessment in relation to others in the classroom. The article clarifies
the purpose of classroom management, thereby suggesting some measures to help primary school teachers
manage their classroom effectively in the spirit of cooperation, love and respect.
