ABSTRACT
Local educational activities in primary schools play a very important role in the all-round development
of students and depend greatly on the organizational capacity of teachers. The capacity to organize the
implementation of local educational content in primary schools is most evident in the capacity to determine
the content, methods and resources for implementation. On the basis of assessing the capacity of local
education organization and implementation of teachers of primary schools in Ninh Kieu district in recent
years, the article proposes measures to develop capacity for this teams.
