ABSTRACT
Professional training for junior high school teachers to meet the requirements of the educational program
2018 is to help junior high school teachers master basic scientific knowledge, specialized science, and related
pedagogical science, develop teaching competence in subjects and skills capacity to organize educational
activities in the junior high school program according to the requirements of the students, the requirements of
the reform of junior high education. The article presents the management of professional fostering activities
