ABSTRACT
The cause of industrialization and modernization of the country and international integration requires
high-quality and well-trained human resources. Meanwhile, the financial resources of the State cannot
be enough to meet all training needs, especially university training. Therefore, mobilizing other financial
resources for higher education is very necessary. This article analyzes the current situation of financial
resources for higher education in Vietnam; propose some solutions to increase financial resources for higher
education in the coming time
