ABSTRACT
In the process of implementing the Land Law as well as other regulations, there are still many limitations
in the implementation organization. Regarding the issue of granting certificates of land use rights and house
ownership, the implementation has not been synchronized, the results achieved are quite low. Phu Thuong
ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi city has a rapid urbanization rate, and land use in recent years has changed a lot.
With the change in infrastructure as well as the speed of socio-economic development, the implementation of
the rights of land users has become stronger. In the last 4 years, the rate of processing applications received
in Phu Thuong ward is quite high, especially in terms of variations, 5-6 times higher than other variations.
Especially valid for registration of profiles, eligible for registration of volatility and processing of records up
to 98.25%.
