ABSTRACT
The paper proposes a number of methods for training grade 12th students that can have mathematical
problem-solving ability, by teaching and learning the topics Equation of Sphere. The students will practise:
Know, identify the problems that require mathematical solving; Analysis the problems, make a plan,
construct and choose a solution; Use correspondingly mathematical knowlege and skills (includes tools
and algorithms) to solve the problems and evaluate the solution, generalize the similar problems; Apply
mathematical knowlege to solve actual problems in everyday life.
