ABSTRACT
In the current era of technology revolution 4.0, applying information technology in teaching is essential
for each lecturer. The software tools have enhanced creative teaching methods for teachers and brought
an enjoyable learning environment for students, which helps boost the quality of education. The article
introduces the features and effectiveness of Google Forms in teaching English at Hanoi University of Natural
Resources and Environment. Research results show that using Google Forms has brought positive results in
the teaching and learning of lecturers and students.
