ABSTRACT
Learning is an important process for everyone. Since ancient times, our ancestors were aware of the
role of learning, learning is considered a criterion for evaluating person, educated people will be respected
in society. Today, along with the outstanding development in all aspects of the times, learning has become
more urgent than ever, especially for high school students, the future generations of the country because the
progress of the world requires children to have a large amount of knowledge to survive and develop (because
of the Technological revolution 4.0, requires active, self-learning, self-researching and creative contributions
of all genders). The article presents the current situation of managing learning activities for students at high
schools in Binh Thuy district. From that point, proposing some orientations for management measures to
improve the learning quality for students of high schools in Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city.
