ABSTRACT
The article publishes the research results on the current situation of teaching Literature subject and the
management of teaching Literature subject in junior high schools in Cau Giay district, Hanoi towards of
developing student's capacity and the current situation of their influence. The influence of factors outside the
school and inside the school on the management of teaching Literature subject towards of developing the
capacity of students and proposing 06 management measures of enhancing the quality of English language
teaching in schools and develop students' capacity through studying Literature subject.
