ABSTRACT
Management of innovating in teaching methods following to the method of developing competence
students in junior high schools by the principal is "an organized and purposeful impacting process of the
principal in junior high schools” to the way teachers and students work in order to achieve the purpose of
teaching. The article presents the management of innovation activities of teaching methods in junior high
schools towards of developing capacity of student.
