ABSTRACT
Stemming from the innovative requirements of educational development in the period of industrialization
and modernization and prescribing professional standards for preschool teachers in managing the quality of
teaching and learning at public preschools. This is a task that meets both immediate requirements and long-
term strategy in order to successfully achieve educational goals.
