ABSTRACT
Mobilizing social resource management for secondary schools is the core activity including: the target
and the importance of mobilizing social resources in middle school. Its functions are planning, mobilizing,
organizing and directing the implementation of the plan, then examining and evaluating the results of social
resources’ mobilization in secondary schools. These key activities are the essential foundations so as to
conduct a survey for the management of mobilizing educational resources in secondary schools; therefore, to
contribute to the socialization & education in Thuan An city, Binh Duong province.
