ABSTRACT
Developing the pedagogical capacity of teachers is one of the important tasks to improve the quality
of teaching and learning in high schools. There are many different methods and models for doing that,
but the “lesson research” that developing pedagogical skills for teachers through improving the quality of
teaching and learning of each specific lesson is one of the models currently being developed. Many training
institutions and schools have been applying. The lesson research helps teachers develop the ability to observe
students, the ability to organize group activities, professional competence as well as the ability to think and
analyze about the objectives, scope and content of the lesson.
