Abstract

Using basic scientific research
methods in Physical Education and Sports,
we have selected 15 exercises to improve the
efficiency of front ball hitting with high speed
in the 3rd position for female students in the
Volleyball team at Hanoi University of Physical
Education and Sports and 05 reliable and valid
tests to assess the performance of the technique.
