Abstract

By conventional research methods,
the topic has assessed the actual situation of
extracurricular physical training and sports
movements of students at Hung Yen University
of Technology and Education. The research
results are used as a basis to develop measures to
promote the sport and physical activity movement
- a healthy and useful playground, contributing to
improving the physical strength and perfecting the
personality of the university’s students.
