Abstract
Based on reference documents and the pro-
gram framework prescribed by the Ministry of
Culture, Sports and Tourism, we have determined
the content of the program through interviews,
conducting training programs for swimming coach-
es and selected the evaluation criteria for the
swimming coaches, evaluated the training program
for students.
