Abstract
The application of specialized physical exercises
to improve the stability of body functions to
overcome the adverse conditions in the labor
process at sea, playing an especially important
role in training process. After the application of
the specialized physical exercise system, it has
proved remarkably effective for the development
of physical fitness of students of Marine industry,
Vietnam Maritime University.
