Abstract
Analyzing conditions to assess learning outcomes
for athletics students at Tay Bac University does not
reflect the true competency of learners yet, thus
developing new assessment criteria to stimulate.
This is a good way to meet the social demands and
contribute to the good performance of the
educational objectives of the school.
