The research results on building professional
sport management model have given a
management plan of social-invested sports, and
operated by Deming Cycle PDCA (Plan-DoCheck-Act)
with the defined objectives and tasks.
It
has also provided solutions and policies for
implementation
based on the principles to ensure
the
objective, feasible, practical, synchronism and
development
aspect in the professionalized
process of sports.
