Abstract

By means of routine, research conducted to
learn about the factors affecting the career
orientation after graduation of students in Ho Chi
Minh City University of Sports. The results show
that most students had understood the training
objectives. However, they unidentified ability,
excitement and skill to the job. Besides, the study
also identifies a number of limitations that need to
be addressed to help students reduce their
difficulties in the career path.
