Discussing about innovation of planification at coal mining companies in Vinacomin in the current context

Abstract

Planificationis the first function of management process. It has important role to guide and coordinate the other works of enterprise. Coal mining companiesin Vinacomin are big ones, operating in the parent companies –subsidiary companies model, so the planification is more important. But these companieshave operated from planification mechanism to market mechanism, so planification of them also has some weakness which be effected by habit or experience from old mechanism. Furthermore now Vietnamese Coal Market have had lots changes. The Government is also having the guide to establish and develop Vietnamese Coal Market. So it is essential to innovate planification of coal mining companiesin Vinacomin to be suitable with the current context.
