Building quality culture is a task and a condition that assures the sustainable development of an organization. In order to improve the quality of training and fostering of teachers and educational managerial officers, the Institute of Educational Management of Ho Chi Minh city should have solutions including: building green, clean and beautiful landscape; establishing an academic environment; developing cultural standards, etc.
