DEVELOPING DIGITAL COMPETENCE FOR TEACHERS TO INNOVATE TEACHING METHODS SUITABLE FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

The article analyzes the development trend of modern educational technology and digital transformation in education in the current period. Digital transformation in education changes elements of educational activities, including teaching methods. To achieve this, teachers need to develop digital competencies. The article summarizes some perspectives on the digital competency framework in general and the digital competency framework in the teaching process of teachers. This is the basis for management agencies to deploy measures to improve digital capacity for teachers to meet the innovation of teaching methods suitable for digital transformation in the current period.
