MANAGEMENT MEASURES FOR THE USE OF ELECTRONIC LEARNING MATERIALS IN TEACHING AT PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN BINH THANH DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

Managing the use of electronic learning materials (ELMs) in teaching at educational institutions is an urgent and necessary issue, requiring unified guidance and consistent implementation, seriously from management levels to teachers and students. This aims to help schools save resources for the development of learning materials, enable teachers to effectively utilize learning resources, refine the most suitable methods, knowledge, etc., for lessons, and enhance the quality of teaching. This article presents the current situation and proposes some management measures for using ELMs in teaching at public high schools in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
