Abstract

This research article aims to understand the career guidance situation of 12th grade ethnic minority students at Tay Tra High School, Quang Ngai province. The study used a questionnaire survey method with 50 ethnic minority students. The results showed that 62% of students have not determined their post-graduation plans due to lack of information about careers. The school's career counseling activities play an important role, on the contrary, family support is still limited. The application of technology in career guidance is an inevitable trend, but students are still limited in its use. This study has proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of vocational training activities for ethnic minority students
