Abstract

Starting from the urgent needs of quality human resources and  the learners in order to serve economic development - society in the current period. This article is based on a theoretical basis for assessing the quality of training under SERQUAL model, analyze the situation and offer some solutions to improve the quality of competency based education in Institude Educational Menagement of Ho Chi Minh city (IEMH).
